Company founded by Dorit and Dieter Lang. Production of bag handles and wedding jewellery.

Conversion of production to metal gauze for bags and clothing.

Resumption of production of jewellery, decorations and badges.

Change to the market sector of advertising materials and manufacture of metal accessories.

Thomas Boger joins the management board and takes over 33% of the company.

Begin strategic conception and target group orientation as well as classification of markets for better positioning.

We receive the first orders for three-dimensional emblems and trim in the automotive sector.

Certification in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

Positioning on the market as a specialist for high-class 3D miniatures, trim and emblems made of metal. All the high demands of industry and leading companies for the final product are properly implemented .

With the demand for top quality workmanship, VARIATA focuses on the automotive and technological markets.

Thomas Boger becomes owner and sole managing director.

The company profile is reworked to exclusively focus on premium markets and is divided into three fields of competence. And as a specialist for innovative solutions, we have since followed the motto: "The best solution is the best product".

Relaunch of the VARIATA website as a result of our focus on premium markets.

Development of new, multi-part emblems in modular design for the automotive sector.

Further developments with innovative fastening techniques in the fields of automotive and brand emblems, which are registered as patent developments. Many automotive tests with new coatings and surfaces according to the latest test methods are all passed – including adhesive tests, UV tests, climate tests, temperature change tests, spray tests, steam clean test and all corrosion tests .

Relaunch of the VARIATA website with positioning and focus on the premium manufacturers. The Customer value is especially highlighted through our unique solutions and methodology. In addition, our stand-alone position is further enhanced by special product solutions and innovative techniques.
